Competitive Rates - First Class Facilities
The Dorrigo Pet Resort offers competitve rates which include access to our luxury
facilities.
Dog Boarding Rates:
Standard Daily Rate - Medium and Large Dogs: $25.00
Standard Daily Rate - Small Dogs: $18.00
Cat Boarding Rates:
Standard Daily Rate - All cats: $15.00
Daily rates for dogs and cats vary during the peak periods over Christmas and Easter.
Please contact us prior to making your booking to confirm the peak rate. Minimum stay during peak periods is 5 days.
Deposits are required for all bookings. Cancellation Fees will be required for insufficient notice of cancellation
or for no shows.
All rates include food and bedding. Additional services are available so please enquire about any special needs you may
have at the time of booking.
Payments Can be made by:
Cash
Direct Deposit
Cheque (prior arrangements need to be made)
Credit Card (small fee applies).
PAYMENT on DROP OFF is PREFERRED if you extend your booking the extra payments will need to be arranged.
Payment by cheque must be made on drop off with the funds cleared before pick up of pets and be made payable to Jeannie Veitch (only for existing local customers)
?Payment by direct deposit must be confirmed before pick up of pets. (Direct Deposit details are printed on all invoices and are included in your confirmation of booking email)
LONG TERM stays (1 month or longer) must be paid IN FULL on drop off of the animal OR REGULAR (weekly) payments with the account paid in full PRIOR to picking up the animal.
UNPAID Accounts
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency or law firm and/ or court proceedings are necessary, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
DISCOUNTS (from 10-30%)
Discounts offered are for VIP customers, longer stay animals or animals that have a regular booking e.g set period each month, or multiple pets in the same run/ cage. Most discounts are applied automatically, but please ask if you believe you qualify.
